The complex consists of ten guest houses, a yoga room, a lobby and a spa area with a pool.

The buildings have a modern architectural appearance. The vision is modern, correct, clean three-dimensional shapes are used. The facade solution is adapted to its surroundings. For finishing materials, mineral plaster in one color and a ventilated facade with profiled sheet metal and wooden elements were used, according to the attached drawings. Large glazing is planned to make the connection between inside and outside.

Two types of houses were designed - one-story and two-story.

The one-story houses have an entrance space with an entrance hall, two bedrooms, bathrooms and a living room, including a recreation area, a kitchen and a dining room. The living area leads to a veranda and outdoor jacuzzi.

The spa area includes a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a massage room, a sauna, a steam bath, a cold bath, a toilet and a shower area.

A lobby with a reception, an office, a space for Show Cooking and a rest area is planned.
