KARE Showroom

This project centers around a modern building that combines a furniture showroom, offices and underground parking lot.

The building's dynamic architecture follows the rhythm of the adjacent road, radiating a sense of speed and fluidity. Clean volumetric forms and modern aesthetics define the structure with the cladding materials and glass of the facade allowing the reflections of the constantly-changing environment and the lively Ring Road.

The building consists of underground parking, two extensive exhibition halls on the first two floors and open offices on the upper two floors. Natural light floods the western stairwell, which facilitates vertical communication throughout the building. A panoramic elevator further connects the two levels of the exhibition hall, improving the overall experience.

Architectural decorative elements are strategically used to accentuate individual parts, enriching the overall appearance of the building. The retail and office sections are visually divided into separate volumes, creating a harmonious balance between form and function.
