Administrative building of BEBELAN

The building is designed in two volumes with a contemporary architectural appearance. The design includes an elegant suspended facade with a characteristic decorative element shaped like wood, made of etalbond. This symbolic tree represents the essence of family, beautifully reflecting BEBELAN's dedication to caring for children.

The building performs the functions of a warehouse and administration, in which a total of 50 jobs are planned.

The project envisages that the administrative area will be on three above-ground and one underground level, at which the connection with the warehouse area is made.

 The administrative area includes an entrance lobby, cafe areas, rest areas, offices, a separate office for the manager, a conference room, a showroom, a large office (open space) with 20 workplaces, a dining room, a full kitchen, two conference rooms with the possibility of merging .

The warehouse area has high rack storage and a mezzanine for shipping.

The administration is planned with a suspended facade, and the warehouse with facade thermal panels.
