The complex consists of four multi-family residential buildings, organized around a landscaped and park-like inter-block space. Each of them is five-storey and has an entrance from the inside of the property. The complex contains a total of 120 apartments, a basement with garages, parking spaces and warehouses.

The vision of the residential complex is modern, broken volumetric forms and modern materials and decorative elements are used. The form-forming principle – emphasizing individual volumes in combination with plastic enrichment through variations in the placement and shape of balconies, windows and sun protection devices – has been carried out in all buildings in order to ensure architectural unity, while achieving the characteristic small scale of residential construction. The facade solution is adapted to the surrounding urban environment, which contributes to the inclusion of the buildings in the surroundings. Three materials were used for the solution of the facades - plaster, lining of HPL panels, glass - emphasizing the volume of both the horizontal balconies and the vertical bay windows. Architectural decorative elements were also used to further enrich and highlight individual parts of the buildings.
