Markovs Medical Center

The medical center is housed in a modern building that offers a harmonious combination of functionality and aesthetics. This contemporary medical facility, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, is designed to accommodate up to 50 people. 

The building entrance leads directly into a spacious and welcoming lobby. In the lobby there is a reception desk, a well-stocked pharmacy with storage, and a comfortable waiting area. Accessibility is paramount, with multiple entry points. For convenience, there is an underground parking lot in the basement.

The clinic spans seven above-ground floors and one underground level, including a wide range of diagnostic and consultation rooms, manipulation rooms and short-term observation and treatment rooms. 

Built with a monolithic, reinforced concrete structure, the building is distinguished by a modern architectural appearance in a unique volume. Gray mineral plaster adorns the plinth and attic floors, and a suspended facade accentuates the stairwell. A ventilated etalbond facade covers the four sides from the first to the fourth floor, and the windows have durable PVC frames.

Inside the clinic, modern finishing materials are used, including granite tiles, terracotta and homogeneous, wear-resistant, antibacterial and antistatic PVC flooring. This innovative obstetrics and gynecology medical facility promises exceptional care in a sophisticated and inspiring environment.
