28SU Aleko Konstantinov Adjoining Building

Located on the west side of the main building, the new adjoining building of 28SU Aleko Konstantinov connects seamlessly with the original structure, providing a harmonious extension of the learning environment. This three-story building features a sturdy monolithic reinforced concrete structure that houses nine classrooms and a modern computer room.
Each classroom is equipped with a 75" interactive display and visualizer for immersive learning experiences. The computer room is fully equipped with 24 student tablets. Two dedicated rooms for teachers, one for relaxation and one for study, also have modern amenities.
The ground floor features a multi-purpose event hall with a second level balcony seating 48 guests and a 110" video wall for an immersive audience experience.
Vertical communication in the building is facilitated by an elevator, a stairwell and a grand staircase. The interior color scheme and furnishings reflect the elements of earth, mountains and sky, with the colors cappuccino, green and light blue adorning the first, second and third floors respectively.
The exterior of the building has 10 cm thermal insulation, mineral plaster and etalbond in a warm color, ensuring energy efficiency and visual harmony with the existing structure. Students can play sports on the basketball, volleyball, badminton and football courts or practice street fitness. Beautifully landscaped lawns and ample parking for 20 cars near the entrance on Rumiana Street complete this facility designed to promote academic achievement and personal growth.
