MPARK

The building has an elegant administrative part on three floors with six offices, a welcoming restaurant with a capacity of up to 50 guests and four spacious warehouses. This project aims to create a comfortable working environment and increase employee satisfaction through a modern architectural approach and well-organized spaces.

The design of the facade is modern and clean with well-defined volumetric shapes. The facade solution harmoniously integrates with the surrounding urban landscape, seamlessly fitting the building into the environment. Architectural decorative elements further decorate and emphasize individual sections, such as staircases and overhangs.

On the ground floor there are two offices, a restaurant and two warehouses. The establishment has a separate entrance from the west, and the ground level has 31 convenient parking spaces. The first above ground level contains a separate lobby, two offices and two warehouses, all accessible via a stairwell and lift. The second above-ground level is intended for the administrative part, including a lobby, two offices and a connection to a roof terrace. This terrace serves as a peaceful place to relax and entertain.

The construction of the administrative part is monolithic, reinforced concrete with internal partition walls of brickwork, partitions of plasterboard and external suspended facades. In contrast, the warehouses are built with prefabricated, reinforced concrete and thermal panel external enclosing walls.
